We understand the uncertainty of online shopping, and we ultimately want you to be satisfied with your Spark*l purchase. While we do not accept order cancellations, we will always do our best to work with you to find a return solution that works for your unique situation. As part of our satisfaction guarantee, we offer various return and exchange options to suit your needs.
We believe in treating our customers with respect and understanding because each customer’s case is unique, just as our accessories are all unique and one-of-a-kind. If you have any issues with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or set up an appointment to speak with one of our staff members through the stylist assist link on our website. Please allow at least 2 business days to hear back through email...possibly more during the busy season or sales. We want you to love every one of your Spark'l products and will help you find a resolution or a different band that will work for your needs. If you need to speak with a manager, please request one in your email correspondence.
Our policies are in place to protect our business and keep our costs and prices as low as we can. We may make reasonable exceptions to our return policy on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion.
We have the right to refuse service to any customer at any time. If you purchase a final sale item and decide to file a chargeback for whatever reason, we will consider it bullying and you may be suspended from Sparkl for 30 days and any outstanding orders may be cancelled. Here at Sparkl, we are happy to work with you however we will not tolerate bullying or manipulation of any kind.
Refunds, Refurbishment & Exchange Policy
International Return Policy
Please email email@example.com with the subject “Return Request,” and our returns department will be happy to assist you. If you are in need of a Repair, we will pay for the shipping. If you are requesting a Refurbishment, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
We understand purchasing an item online is risky. We are a small business and can not keep up with "chronic returns." If we find misuse of our return policy or negative behavior toward our Spark*l team, we reserve the right to adjust this policy or remove the opportunity for returns and exchanges entirely.
