This is a Repair. We offer this service as long as we’re in business as part of our Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee.
We’re sorry to hear that your band is not perfect and we will totally fix it for you free of charge! Email our customer service team at hello@sparklbands.com to be sent our online return form. Once you fill it out with specific details of what needs to be fixed, a customer service representative will reach out to you with a free return label if you qualify. We unfortunately cannot repair bands that were purchased through a third party. We only offer free returns for US domestic orders, excluding shipments to military bases. We pick-up and process returns daily, and it takes about 1-2 days for us to ship it out again. You will receive shipping and return confirmations through your email!
This is an Exchange. This option is available to you 30 days after you’ve received your item.
We want you to find a band that you love, so if you would like to exchange for a different band, it’s no problem! Email our customer service team at hello@sparklbands.com to be sent our online return form. Once you fill out the form, please specify the band you would like to exchange it for. Your band must be unworn and in its original condition. We unfortunately cannot exchange bands that were purchased through a third party. A customer service representative will notify you if there is a price difference between your exchanges. Once we verify the exchange and its price, we will send you a return label, so you can ship it back to us! We only offer free return labels for US domestic orders, excluding shipments to military bases. We pick-up and process returns daily, and it takes about one week for us to ship it out again. You will receive shipping and return confirmations through your email!
This is a Refund. This option is available to you 30 days after you’ve received your item.
We will try to help you to find you something you love, but it you absolutely do not love it, we can totally send you a full refund within 30 days of your receive date. The band must be unworn and unused. Email our customer service team at hello@sparklbands.com to be sent our online return form. Once you fill out the refund form, a customer service representative will send a free return label if you qualify. This is a Refurbishment. We offer this service as long as we’re in business as part of our Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee.
We can change any component of your band! We unfortunately cannot refurbish bands that were purchased through a third party. (Note: Sizing adjustments are free and are part of our Repair service.) You can change the embellishments, lining, or adapters. Click here for a link to all our options. There is a refurbishment fee based on the type of change you’d like to make, which is outlined below:
Adjust the Size: FREE
Change the Lining Color: $50
Change the Adapter Type or Color: $20
Change the Embellishment Type or Color: $20
