It's the ultimate way to earn points and enjoy perks just for shopping at Spark*l. Each VIP tier comes with its own rewards, exclusive access and new experiences.

Anyone can join. The program is open to everyone who provides valid, accurate personal information when making a purchase on sparklbands.com or in the Spark*l app.

Yes. Joining the Spark*l VIP Rewards Program is free.

Your first purchase enrolls you automatically. At checkout we ask only for your first and last name, your email address and, if you like, a mobile phone number. Please use an email address you can easily access.

No. We ask for an email address with your first purchase so we can identify your account, but you don't need to subscribe to email marketing to join. To receive every email about your VIP status, rewards and exclusive opportunities, please subscribe to our emails.

Yes. Spark*l takes the confidentiality and security of your personal information seriously. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we protect it.

You earn points whenever you make a purchase on sparklbands.com or in the Spark*l app: 2 points for every $1 you spend on qualifying items. Every 100 points is $1 off, and you can turn your points into a discount code on your My Rewards page. Your VIP tier is based on what you spend in a calendar year. See Status below for details.

Just start shopping. Make sure you're signed in with the right email address at checkout so your points land in the correct account. We're not able to combine accounts.

Your points show on your My Rewards page as pending shortly after you order. They're ready to spend once your order is past our 5-day return window:

• 5 days after your order is delivered.
• 12 days after it ships if the carrier doesn't confirm delivery.
• An order that ships in more than one package counts from the last package, so pre-orders and pieces still being made are ready once everything has shipped.
• Buying a gift card? The points for the gift card are ready to spend right away.

Balances update within a day, so please allow a day for your balance and status to show.

You earn 2 points for every $1 of net spend on qualifying items, rounded up to the dollar. Net spend is the amount spent on qualifying items after returns and discounts. Every 100 points is worth $1 off.

Shipping, taxes, tips, and anything paid for with a gift card or app credit don't earn points. You earn points for buying a gift card, but not for spending one.

You can make qualifying purchases on sparklbands.com and in the Spark*l app with any checkout payment type, such as Afterpay.

Point Events are special promotions with extra ways to earn. Watch for limited-time events where select items earn bonus points, or fun activities that earn extra points. Shopping during these events is a lovely way to grow your points balance sooner.

Points are earned on what you keep. If you return an item, the points for it come off your balance.

Points expire at the end of the month, 6 months after you earn them. For example, points earned any day in April expire on October 31. This is the same whether or not you keep placing orders, and when you spend points, your oldest points are used first.

We'll email you at the start of any month in which $5 or more of your points will expire, so you have time to use them.

Sign in and visit your My Rewards page. Pick an amount, starting at $5 and going up in $1 steps, and you'll get a discount code starting with VIP- to use at checkout. Each code works once, on your account only.

Changed your mind? You can remove a points code you haven't used on your My Rewards page, and your points go right back to your balance.

It's one discount per order. A points code can't be combined with any other discount, including your VIP tier discount code.

Yes. Every point you had is in your Spark*l Rewards account. They count as earned on October 10, 2026, so you have the full 6 months to use them.

Give a friend 10% off their first Spark*l order with your share link or your personal code. You'll find both at the top of your My Rewards page. Once their order is past our 5-day return window, you get 1,000 points ($10). It's for friends who are new to Spark*l, and you can earn once for each friend.

Becoming a VIP is the best way to enjoy everything Spark*l has to offer.

Your tier is based on status points: 2 status points for every $1 you spend on qualifying items in a calendar year (January 1–December 31). Only purchases count toward status. Bonus points from your birthday, Share Spark*l and Earn, Show Your Style and Earn, following us and tier bonuses add to the points you can spend, but they don't count toward status. Anything you pay for with a gift card or app credit doesn't count either; buying a gift card does. Once you qualify, your status lasts for the rest of that year and all of the following year. If you move up to a higher tier during the year, your new tier also lasts through the end of the following year. Each tier's status points need to be earned again every year.

For example: you earn 10,000 status points by spring 2026, so you're Rose Gold VIP for the rest of 2026 and all of 2027. You keep shopping and reach 30,000 in the fall of 2026, so you move up to Black VIP, also through the end of 2027. On January 1, 2027, your status points start fresh. If you earn 5,000 during 2027, you'll be Silver VIP the following year.

Status points start fresh and tiers are reviewed on January 1 every year, so earn your tier's status points each year to keep your status.

• Silver VIP: 2,000 status points in a calendar year
• Rose Gold VIP: 10,000 status points in a calendar year
• Black VIP: 30,000 status points in a calendar year
• Platinum VIP: 50,000 status points in a calendar year

You'll receive a congratulations email welcoming you to your new tier and outlining your new rewards, which you can start using right away. Your My Rewards page will also show your current points balance and your new tier.

Earn your tier's status points, or a higher tier's, by December 31. Tier status is reviewed every January 1.

Your status lasts through the end of the year after you earn it. If you don't earn your tier's status points again during that year, on January 1 your status moves to the tier your status points qualify for, or to no tier if you earned under 2,000.

Accounts can't be combined, and rewards can't be moved between accounts. Please use an email address you can easily access for your Spark*l VIP account, and place all of your Spark*l purchases with that same email.
