When placing a Spark*l purchase, which will automatically enroll you in the program, you will only be asked for first and last name, email address, and optionally, a mobile phone number. Please use an email address you have easy access to.

You will have to provide an email address upon your first purchase so we are easily able to identify your account, but you do not have to subscribe to email marketing to join the program. However, in order for you to receive all email communications regarding your VIP status, access to rewards, and exclusive opportunities, you must be subscribed to email marketing.

You will have the option to provide a phone number whenever you place an order, but you do not have to provide a phone number nor subscribe that phone number to marketing to join the program. However, subscribing to text marketing gives you firsthand access to VIP opportunities, as well as promotions, sales, and live shows.

You earn points whenever you make a purchase on sparklbands.com or on the Sparkl Studios app. Once you earn a certain number of points, you will be eligible to join a VIP tier and have immediate access to that VIP tier's exclusive rewards and benefits.

We calculate your points based on the net spend on qualifying items rounded up to the dollar. The net spend is the amount spent on qualifying items after returns and discounts have been deducted. Certain services do not qualify you to earn points, such as shipping, taxes, tips, online gift cards, or app credit. Purchasing gift cards does count towards your points total. You can make qualifying purchases on sparkbands.com and the Sparkl Studios app with any checkout payment type, such as Afterpay.

For these special promotions, we offer different ways to earn more points! Stay tuned for fun events that shopping select items with increased points for a limited time or participating in fun activities to earn extra points! Make sure to shop during these events to level up your VIP Status more quickly!

If you make a return with a refund back to your original form of payment, points received for those items will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return. Refunds to store or app credit do not deduct points from your total.

Yes. All points will expire at the end of the year at midnight on December 31st, when your tier status is reevaluated. Redeemable Points on the Sparkl Studios App expire within 30 days. You have to use your points, or you will lose your points! However, points earned for Redemption do not affect your overall VIP Tier Status. If you do or DON'T use your points, your overall point total remains the same, as well as your current Tier Status.

No. Accounts cannot be combined nor can rewards be transferred to different accounts. Please make sure to use an easily accessible email for your Spark*l VIP account, and make sure to place all Spark*l purchases with the same email.
