Spark*l's lifetime repair/replacement guarantee covers defects in hardware and workmanship of the adapter mechanism and the clasp/buckle/embellishment. Our warranty does not cover material damage caused by normal wear and tear, nor does it cover any damages whatsoever to the watch to which the watch band is attached, and/or any other items that are not directly produced by Spark'l. Our warranty also excludes any damages due to the improper use, alteration, tampering, dismantling or unauthorized modifications.

To claim your warranty, please email hello@sparklbands.com with your name, order number and detailed issue.

Once your claim is approved, you will be issued an invoice with a detailed description of your complementary repair plus $10 for domestic return shipping .

Spark'l is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, we recommend insuring your package to avoid loss. This warranty does not cover shipping/handling costs. If damages are not covered by warranty, we will contact you with a repair or replacement quote.

We also offer the following refurbishment services, upon availability (Price shown is average cost, actual price will be quoted and depends on severity, age, material, etc):

Edge paint change or refurbishment: $50

Lining Replacement: $100 (includes restitching in original holes and/or edge paint, as needed)

Swarovski crystal and/or watch adapter change: $35 per band (includes two new crystals and two adapters)

Beaded bracelet resizing: $10 per bracelet plus applicable beads

Other services, can be quoted upon request and availability.

**Sparkl artists will do their absolute best to restore your item to the promised condition. Refurbishment processes may include leather splitting, cutting, gluing, and edge painting. While rare, there is always a risk that the item could become damaged during the process due to machine malfunction, human error, or the condition/age of the materials. **Sparkl is not responsible for damages that occur during the refurbishing process.**
