We are a company that values sustainability and turning old items into something beautiful. Most of our accessories are crafted from vintage designer bags that were destined for the landfill. These bags can no longer be used, as they are old, worn, or torn. Our mission, and the definition of "Upcycled", is to take these goods that were heading for the trash and restore them to their original beauty. Thank you for joining us in our mission! Ready to Ship items are single products that are already made and ship in 2-3 days, versus our Made to Order items that take about 2-3 weeks to be made. Ready to Ship items come as is and cannot be changed. They come from inventory stock, customer returns, production mistakes, or design tests. We thought this program was a great way to sell unique bands and offer discounted items!
Ready to Ship: Ready to Ships are items that are just that, ready to ship. If you are excited to have an accessory now, instead of waiting for a customized piece, this is the perfect option for you. These are dropped daily at 4 PM PST / 7 PM EST.
Open Box: These handcrafted accessories were shipped and handled by a previous customer, who needed to exchange it...most likely for sizing. These items are new, but not fresh out of the studio, so we only felt it right to discount them for you at special price of 20% off.
Perfectly Imperfect: Lovingly referred to as PIPs, these accessories are certainly a favorite for our Spark*l Squad customers. These have slight imperfections with a special price of 50% off. These are dropped daily at 4 PM PST / 7 PM EST.

Sizing
Please click here to go to our Sizing Guide page that outlines three methods to help you determine your Spark*l Size. But not to worry, if you accidentally order the wrong size, we will happily exchange it for the correct size. We want you to be happy with your band and wear it all the time!
No worries! If your band doesn't fit, we offer free complimentary sizing exchanges. We want your band to fit perfectly! Please visit our exchange policy here to start the process!
Shipping
All our accessories are handmade and made to order, but we try to ship all items within 2-3 weeks of the purchase date. During busy seasons, shipping time may be affected as well. If you are in desperate need of quick shipment, please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to help you! We also offer Ready to Ship items that ship within 2-3 weeks that you can find here.
We offer free Economy shipping for all US domestic orders. Packages will be shipped USPS unless otherwise specified, and all shipping, except for Economy, have insurance coverage of $50. All items, except Ready to Ships, take 2-3 weeks to be made and shipped out. Priority shipping does not mean your band will be made quicker, only that the shipping is faster.

Shipping time is 1 business day after product is made in 2-3 weeks
5. International Shipping ($30)
Shipping time is 14 - 30 business days after product is made in 2-3 weeks

You will receive a shipping confirmation through your email when your order ships. It will include a tracking number and a link to the shipping carrier. If you do not receive your tracking number within two weeks after placing your order, please reach out to our customer service team and we'll be happy to help!
Yes we do! International shipping has a flat rate of $30. Any other international shipping fees will be handled by the recipient of the package. We ship almost anywhere, but if you're worried that we don't ship to your country, please contact our customer service team and we can tell you for certain!

Satisfaction Guarantee
Our Satisfaction Guarantee Policy makes sure that we give you the perfect accessory that will stay beautiful for a long time. If anything is wrong or broken when the item arrives, we are more than happy to fix it for you free of charge.
Because the leather we use will eventually conform to your wrist and may stretch a little, we can also do complimentary sizing adjustments if needed!
We also offer refurbishment options for any band that has become a little too loved. See here our policy for refurbishment and the services we provide for a fee to keep your band looking beautiful.

If something is incorrect or broken on your item, we are more than happy to fix that. Please visit our exchange policy here to start the process!
Your accessory is sturdy and made to last, but with a little extra care, you can keep it as beautiful as the day you first got it.
- Keep all accessories flat when not being used or worn to avoid creasing.
- Use a mild cleansing wipe to clean when necessary.
- You can work out in any of our bands, but make sure to let any accessory air dry flat when wet.
Absolutely! We have some of the strongest snaps on the market and they can hold the weight of your watch. That being said, please test the hold every time you snap it on to ensure the snap is tightly secured. If your snaps become worn or are loose please contact us for a free snap replacement. Spark’l is not held liable if your band becomes unsnapped, and your watch is lost or damaged. We have buckle options if you would prefer the security of a buckle.
Exchanges & Returns
We want you to find the perfect accessory that you love, so we offer free domestic (not including military bases) returns on all Made to Order items (excluding Ready to Ships, Open Box, and Perfectly Imperfect items) that are unworn and not purchased from a third party.
We also offer free repairs for any accessories that come incorrect or the wrong size. If you absolutely can't find something that works for you, we will refund your method of payment. Read our full policy here.
Gifting
We have gift cards! These can be mailed or emailed for you to print out with a unique code. Gift cards never expire and can be used online or in person. Find gift cards here.
Band Options
When you chose your Apple Watch size, you also must choose its color (Rose Gold, Yellow Gold, Silver, or Black). The hardware, such as the adapters, the embellishments, and the snaps/buckle, will be matched to the color of your Apple Watch. If you prefer a different color metal or embellishment, please include it in the Notes in checkout. Check out our Customizer to easily see all the options we offer here.
Yes! We currently offer all versions of the Fitbit Versa and the Apple Watch. We are also able to do many other types of Smart Watches, but because some adapters are difficult to find, more expensive, and force us to make a custom shaped band, they may have a $50 fee.

We love custom orders! We now offer a way to build an accessory exactly to your preference and see how it will look! Check out all the items we offer for customization here.
You can change the hardware color, the embellishment type, the lining, and many others! If you know exactly what you want to change, please include it in the Notes section of checkout or in the Customizer and a customer service representative will reach out if they have questions. If you need help or would like to know your options of customization, check out the Customizer here to see all of your customization options!
If you have a question, would like a custom accessory, or just want to clarify something about your order, you can leave a Note for our production team! In cart, there will be a box where you can enter your notes right under your item. Please be as specific as possible, but if we have any questions for you, a customer service representative will reach out!

Unfortunately, due to COVID policies, we may be unable to accommodate all requests.
