What is the last day for Holiday Custom Orders?
November 30th is the LAST DAY you can place an order for any custom item to get in time for holiday shipping. Custom items include all of our watch bands and accessories that are not Ready-to-Ship items. All custom items purchased after November 30th will be shipped in January when we reopen on the 4th. So get your order in before it's too late!
Our cutoff dates gives the opportunity for our amazing Spark*l Squad to spend the holidays with their families and enjoy some much deserved time off to refresh to be able to spread more Spark*l in the new year!
What are items available for purchase after November 30th?
Ready-to-Ship items will still be dropped daily through December and will be available for purchase and for shipping. The final day of shipping for Christmas delivery is Friday the 18th of December, due to delayed shipping times during COVID.
Please note: we will do our best to ship out all custom items purchased before November 30th and all Ready-to-Ship items purchased before December 18th to arrive in time for Christmas. Any items purchased after these dates will not be shipped out until January 4th.
Gift cards are always available for purchase and will be immediately sent to your email to be used right away.
Custom items are still available for purchase during December, but they will not ship out until January 4th.
