Why should I shop at ReSpark*l?

ReSpark*l is the dedicated marketplace for the eco-conscious luxury lover to buy and sell Spark*l pieces over and over again. Be able to breathe new life into your beloved Spark*l pieces, while reducing waste and encouraging a sustainable cycle of luxury.

What can I find in Spark*l’s ReSpark*l Collection?

You will find real Spark*l customers selling their pre-loved accessories, which could include unique, rare, fully customized, or highly-sought after designs that aren’t always available for purchase through Spark*l. Sellers will be required to include every detail about their customizations, including overlay, linings, embellishments, hardware, and so much more! These pre-loved pieces will ship directly to you upon purchase from another Spark*l customer.

Can I buy an item if I don't live in the US?

Not yet! The ReSpark*l service powered by Recurate is not currently available to buyers anywhere outside of the US. We are unable to fulfill international shipping orders.

How do I pay for a pre-loved accessory?

You will pay via our secure checkout in the same way as with any Spark*l order!  Simply "Add to Cart" and proceed through the checkout as usual.

How long does shipping take?

We ask our sellers to fulfill your order within 3 business days. The accessory will ship with a tracking number, and typically arrives within 3-5 days of being shipped.

What should I do when I receive my order?

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive an email to confirm and rate the product. Let us know if your item is up to the standards you expected! If yes, feel free to give your seller a great rating. If not, let us know within three days through the form. Our customer service representatives are here to take care of you! 

Can I return my pre-loved purchase?

All ReSpark*l purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you. If we confirm the dispute, we will issue a refund and ask that you please return the item. If you have any questions or concerns, help is available by emailing support@recurate.com.

Why should I sell my items on ReSpark*l?

Our ReSpark*l program allows you the opportunity to give your pieces a chance to be loved again, while embracing sustainable luxury. ReSpark*l is the official marketplace for selling your pre-loved Spark*l accessories in exchange for store credit and continue a sustainable cycle of luxury. Join the Spark*l Society at ReSpark*l! 

What accessories can I sell?

You can sell most Spark*l pieces through our ReSpark*l program, including fully customized, well-loved, or rare pieces! Once approved, we will place it in the ReSpark*l Collection for any customer to purchase. 

Occasionally, a piece may not be approved for the Respark*l Collection. Feel free to reach out to hello@sparklbands.com with any questions about your listing.

How do I sell my pre-loved pieces?

Log into your Spark*l account (create an account if you don’t have one) and click "Sell ReSpark*l". Fill out the form and follow the instructions closely. Remember to provide complete and accurate information about the accessory’s condition and customizations, since you will only receive your store credit once the buyer confirms the accuracy of your listing and condition of your accessory.

Spark*l reviews all pre-loved submissions and has the right to approve or deny listings.

Once approved, we encourage you to share your listing!

How should I take photos of my item?

Lay your item down on a flat surface with a solid background. Take photos of the front, back and any imperfections on the item. You can take pictures with or without your smart watch attached. If not attached, lay the two pieces of your accessory side by side.

How is my product approved?

Our dedicated quality team reviews every item before it goes live. We want to make sure your buyer is happy and your item sells! We review:

  • The pictures: to make sure they are accurate and high quality.
  • The blemishes or imperfections: to make sure they are accurately described. 
  • The condition selected: to make sure it accurately reflects your images. 
  • The accessory: to make sure it is an authentic piece. 

How should I price my item?

We will give you a price recommendation based on the original price and condition. You’re welcome to adjust this price. We will then add a fixed amount to the listing price to cover shipping charges. These prices are subject to modification during the approval process by Spark*l.

Can I sell an item if I don't live in the US or Canada?

Currently, we offer the ReSpark*l collection in the US & Canada only. We're growing fast and will be in more countries soon!

How should I prepare my item once it’s sold?

Ensure your pre-loved accessory looks its best! Keep flat for as long as possible before shipping to smooth out bends in the material. Gently clean leathers with a soft, dry cloth. Write a thank you note to your buyer to include in your package. The best pieces come with their stories.

What packaging should I use?

Your packaging should fit the size and shape of your item while keeping it protected. We encourage you to reuse Spark*l packaging from previous purchases or recycled materials. Note: you can use a USPS box, available for free at any post office.

How is shipping handled?

Once your item has sold, you will receive a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label via email and must send the item within 3 business days. If you have not shipped your item within 10 days, your transaction will be canceled. You do not have to pay extra for shipping.

Pack your items along with their respective labels and a thank you note. Drop it in the mailbox or at the nearest US Post Office. Also, you can schedule a free USPS package pickup.

Please carefully & neatly pack your item, and drop it off with the shipping label at the nearest post office. You can also hand it to your mail person.

When will I be paid?

You, as the seller, will only be paid for your item after it has been delivered and confirmed. When USPS notifies our system the item has been delivered, the buyer has 3 days to confirm and rate the item. Once this happens, we will release your store credit payment. You will receive 100% of the sale price of the item through Spark*l store credit.

How does the store credit work?

We issue store credit as a gift card via email to be redeemed at Spark*l. When shopping with Spark*l again, select payment through a gift card and enter the code in the box. Feel free to peruse new items and the ReSpark*l collection with your gift card. If you wish to Shop on the Sparkl Studios app, please reach out to hello@sparklbands.com to transfer your credit.

NOTE: some gift cards may expire. Gift cards can be applied to multiple transactions.
