Spark*l is the original creator and exclusive owner of the Bow Style, Cuff Style and patented Sivella® watchband designs (U.S. Patent No. US D1,047,734 S). We also own registered trademarks and copyrights that protect our brand name, logos, product photos and original designs.

We actively enforce our intellectual property rights. If you believe someone is manufacturing, selling or offering products substantially similar to Spark*l's distinctive designs, or is otherwise infringing our patent, trademark or copyright, please help us by submitting a report.

All reports are confidential. Our legal team reviews every submission and takes appropriate action, which may include DMCA notices, patent infringement claims, cease-and-desist letters or platform takedown requests.
