From time to time, we offer items at a discounted price due to material imperfections or cosmetic damage. These imperfections may include marks, scratches, creasing, pattern inconsistencies, Stitch holes, or other visual flaws that do not meet our regular quality standards.

Rather than letting these materials go to waste, we offer them at discounted rates based on the severity of the damage. Discounts may range from approximately 20% to 70% off depending on how noticeable the imperfection is.

Please note:

1. All Imperfect Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. The level of discount reflects the degree of visible damage.

3. Imperfections are primarily cosmetic and do not affect the basic functionality of the item unless otherwise noted.

4. We will note or show the damage so you know what to expect.

5. The Discounted price will reflect the severity of the imperfection

Your customizations must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, even if you don't wish to further alter the item! If no customizations are submitted within the 7 days, we will ship your band as currently customized in it’s Ready to Ship state.
