Spark*l Bands wants everyone to be able to browse and buy from us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification or other assistive technology.

What we are doing

We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our standard. This is ongoing work rather than a finished project. We review our site as we build new pages, and we fix problems as we find them or as they are reported to us.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us and we will help you directly and fix the problem.

If you cannot complete a purchase on the site for any reason, email us and a member of our team will take your order personally, answer questions about a piece, and arrange payment and delivery. You will never miss out on something because our website did not work for you.

Known limitations

Parts of our site rely on third-party services, including our live show and auction tools, and we do not control the code behind all of them. If you hit a barrier in one of those areas, contact us and we will help you take part another way.

Feedback

We take accessibility feedback seriously and it goes straight to our team, not to an automated queue. If you tell us something is broken, we want to hear about it.
