Lifetime Repair/Replacement Guarantee
Every Spark*l piece is made to be worn and loved for years. If the hardware or workmanship on your band ever fails, we'll repair or replace it.
"Lifetime" means for as long as Spark*l is in business. There's no expiration date on your coverage while we're here to honor it.
What's covered
- Defects in the watch adapters
- Defects in the clasp, buckle or embellishments
- Defects in workmanship
- Metal discoloration
What isn't covered
- Normal wear and tear to the leather and other materials
- Any damage to your watch
- Items not made by Spark*l
- Damage caused by improper use, alteration, tampering, dismantling or modification by anyone other than Spark*l
Swapping clasps, watch adapters or Sparklets yourself with genuine Spark*l DIY Parts won't affect your guarantee.
If you bought your piece from another seller, we'll need the original Spark*l order number to confirm it's authentic before we can help.
How to submit a claim
- Email hello@sparklbands.com with your full name, your order number and a description of the issue.
- We'll review your claim. Once it's approved, we'll email you an invoice. The repair itself is complimentary; the invoice covers $10 for domestic return shipping.
- Mail your item along with a copy of the paid invoice to:

Good to know
- You're responsible for shipping your item to us. We recommend a tracked, insured service, because Spark*l isn't responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Beyond the $10 domestic return shipping fee, shipping and handling costs aren't covered.
- International customers are responsible for shipping in both directions.
- If the damage isn't covered by the guarantee, we'll send you a quote for a repair or replacement before any work begins.
Refurbishment Services
Want to refresh a well-loved band or update its look? We offer refurbishment services on request, subject to availability. The prices below are averages. Your final price depends on the condition, age and materials of your piece, and we'll always confirm it with you before we begin.

Prices don't include the $10 domestic return shipping fee.
We can't refurbish one style into a different style, such as a Sivella Watchband into a Watchlet. Each watchband style is built specifically to its own design.
If a refurbishment is needed because of a defect that is Spark*l's fault, all refurbishment fees are waived, and we'll arrange the repair and fix your accessory free of charge.
How to request a refurbishment
Email hello@sparklbands.com with the subject line Refurbishment Request and tell us how many bands you'd like refurbished and what you'd like done. We'll send you a quote and an invoice. Once it's paid, mail your bands to the address above with a copy of the paid invoice.
