Spark*l Repair/Replacement Guarantee and Refurbishment Services

Lifetime Repair/Replacement Guarantee

Spark*l’s lifetime repair/replacement guarantee covers defects in hardware and workmanship of the adapter mechanism and the clasp/buckle/embellishment.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Material damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Any damages whatsoever to the watch to which the band is attached
  • Any items not directly produced by Spark*l
  • Damages due to improper use, alteration, tampering, dismantling, or unauthorized modifications

How to Claim Your Warranty

  1. Email hello@sparklbands.com with your:
    • Full name
    • Order number
    • Detailed description of the issue
  2. Once your claim is approved, you will receive an invoice for the complementary repair plus $10 for domestic return shipping.
  3. Mail your item along with a copy of the paid invoice to:

Important Notes

  • Spark*l is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend insuring your package.
  • This warranty does not cover shipping or handling costs beyond the $10 domestic return shipping fee noted above.
  • If the damage is not covered by warranty, we will contact you with a repair or replacement quote.

Refurbishment Services

Available upon request and subject to availability. Prices shown are averages; final pricing depends on severity, age, material, and other factors and will be quoted before work begins.

Edge paint change or refurbishment $50
Lining replacement (includes restitching in original holes and/or edge paint as needed) $100
Swarovski crystal and/or watch adapter change (includes two new crystals and two adapters) $35 per band
Beaded bracelet resizing $10 per bracelet + applicable beads
Other services Quoted upon request

Spark*l artists will do their absolute best to restore your item to the promised condition. Refurbishment processes may include leather splitting, cutting, gluing, and edge painting. While rare, there is always a risk that the item could become damaged during the process due to machine malfunction, human error, or the condition/age of the materials.

Spark*l is not responsible for damages that occur during the refurbishing process.
