Spark*l Auction Terms & Conditions

By participating in any Spark*l Auction Event, including Live Shows, Silent Auctions, and In-App Auctions, you agree to the following terms. These rules exist for one reason: to protect the integrity of the bidding process and guarantee a fair experience for every participant!

Bidding is a commitment.
Placing a bid on any Spark*l Auction item is a binding commitment to purchase and own that item. When you bid, other collectors step aside because the auction says the piece may be yours. Bid only on items you intend to keep.

Winners check out within 24 hours.
All auction wins must be checked out within 24 hours of the auction closing. This is the same rule for every bidder, and every bidder is counted on to honor it. If checkout is not completed within the 24-hour window, bidding privileges on your account are suspended, and you will not be able to participate in future shows or auctions until all open wins are settled. An unpaid win is not just an unfinished order; it takes an item away from the collectors you outbid, and that is not fair to them. Complete your checkout and your account stays in good standing.

All auction items are final sale.
Spark*l is not responsible for any post-sale trading, gifting, or swapping of auction items between customers, and we are unable to transfer ownership or switch a winning bid to another customer. If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may independently list it on ReSparkl, our official reselling platform!

Quality is on us.
Customers are fully responsible for auction items they bid on, purchase, and later decide they no longer want. However, in the rare event that an item arrives with a defect or is not as described, Spark*l will provide a complimentary repair or issue a refund. Quality concerns must be reported promptly and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Charity donations.
Donations tied to auction events are submitted following the completion of the event and are finalized once checkout is completed. Completing your checkout on time is also what ensures the donation attached to your win goes through.

Auction Exclusive items.
All Auction Exclusive items are covered by these terms, including during Pre-Shop Perks windows. If you purchase an Auction Exclusive item outside of the Auction window, these terms still apply to those products.
