What is the Spark*l VIP Rewards Program?

The Spark*l VIP Rewards Program is the ultimate way to get perks and earn points just for shopping at Spark*l. Different VIP tiers will have the opportunity to receive rewards, get exclusive access, and be a part of new experiences.

Who can join the program?

Anyone can join! The Spark*l VIP Rewards Program is available to anyone who provides valid and accurate personal information when placing a purchase at sparklbands.com or on our Spark*l Studios app.

How do I join the program?

If you place a purchase at sparklbands.com or on our Spark*l Studios app, you are automatically enrolled! Please make sure to provide valid and accurate personal information, including an email address you have easy access to.

Is it free to join the program?

Yes, joining The Spark*l VIP Rewards Program is free!

What information do I need to provide to join the program?

When placing a Spark*l purchase, which will automatically enroll you in the program, you will only be asked for first and last name, email address, and optionally, a mobile phone number. Please use an email address you have easy access to.

Do I have to subscribe to email marketing to join the program?

You will have to provide an email address upon your first purchase so we are easily able to identify your account, but you do not have to subscribe to email marketing to join the program. However, in order for you to receive all email communications regarding your VIP status, access to rewards, and exclusive opportunities, you must be subscribed to email marketing.

Do I have to subscribe to text marketing to join the program?

You will have the option to provide a phone number whenever you place an order, but you do not have to provide a phone number nor subscribe that phone number to marketing to join the program. However, subscribing to text marketing gives you firsthand access to VIP opportunities, as well as promotions, sales, and live shows.

Yes. Spark*l takes the confidentiality and security of personal information you share with us seriously. Please see the Spark*l Privacy Policy for more details on how we protect personal information.

Points
What are points?

You earn points whenever you make a purchase on sparklbands.com or on our Spark*l Studios app. Once you earn a certain number of points, you will be eligible to join a VIP tier and have immediate access to that VIP tier's exclusive rewards and benefits.

How can I start earning points?

Just start shopping—it's that easy! Be sure to be logged into the correct email when you checkout to accurately earn points. We can not combine accounts.

How will I receive my points?

Points earned will be added to your account after your purchase. Balances update daily, so please wait a day for accurate account balances and statuses to show.

How can I check my points balance?

You can view your points balance by accessing your Spark*l account page on sparklbands.com. Your points balance and the number of points needed to reach the next tier will be available here. Balances update daily, so please wait a day for accurate account balances and statuses to show. We will be sending a monthly email to update you on your balance.

How do you calculate my points?

We calculate your points based on the net spend on qualifying items rounded up to the dollar. The net spend is the amount spent on qualifying items after returns and discounts have been deducted. Certain services do not qualify you to earn points, such as shipping, taxes, tips, online gift cards, or app credit. Purchasing gift cards does count towards your points total. You can make qualifying purchases on sparkbands.com and the Spark*l Studios app with any checkout payment type, such as Afterpay.

What are Point Events?

For these special promotions, we offer different ways to earn more points! Stay tuned for fun events that shopping select items with increased points for a limited time or participating in fun challenges to earn extra points! Make sure to shop during these events to become a VIP even faster!

What happens to my points if I make a return?

If you make a return with a refund back to your original form of payment, points received for those items will be deducted from your points balance at the time of the return. Refunds to store or app credit do not deduct points from your total.

Do my points expire?

Yes. All points will expire at the end of the year at midnight on December 31st, when your tier status is reevaluated.

Status
What is my current Spark*l VIP status?

Becoming a VIP is best way to enjoy everything that Spark*l has to offer! VIP tiers are based on points you’ve earned the previous year. When you earn points this year, your tier status is good for the calendar year in which you qualify and the following full calendar year. You must meet the minimum tier requirement every year. For example, if you earned 12,000 points in 2023, you are Silver VIP for all of 2024. If you earn 60,000 points this February, your status will update to Rose Gold VIP and you will keep your status until the end of 2025. However, instead if you earn 5,000 points this year, on January 1st, your points will reset and your tier will change to non VIP. Points reset and tiers are reevaluated every January 1st, so make sure to maintain your status by earning the minimum number of points required for the tier every year.

What are the different Spark*l VIP tiers?

Silver VIP: Minimum of 10,000 points earned Rose Gold VIP: Minimum of 50,000 points Black VIP: Minimum of 150,000 points

What rewards do I get as a VIP?

See the graphic above of all benefits for each VIP tier. Please note that discount codes can only be used on sparklbands.com on any order, including custom orders, Shop with the Stylist orders, refurbishments, and other services. Discount codes are not available on our Spark*l Studios app at this time due to software limitations.

How do I know if I've joined a new VIP tier?

You will receive a congratulatory email welcoming you to the new tier and outlining all your new rewards, which you can start using immediately! Your account page will also update with your current points balance and your new VIP Tier.

I earned enough points to join a VIP tier, when can I access the rewards?

Congrats on earning enough points to join the VIPs! You now have immediate access to all rewards and benefits of your tier! You will have this new tier status until the end of next year. If you need help, please email hello@sparklbands.com.

How can I check my status?

You can view your status by accessing your Spark*l account page on sparklbands.com.

How do I maintain my status?

To maintain your status, make sure you earn the minimum amount of points needed for your tier before December 31st when your points expire and your tier status is reevaluated.

What happens if I don't earn enough points during the year to maintain my status?

If you do not earn the minimum amount of points for your current tier, you will lose your VIP status or revert to the VIP tier appropriate for the actual minimum points earned.

Can I combine my accounts?

No. Accounts cannot be combined nor can rewards be transferred to different accounts. Please make sure to use an easily accessible email for your Spark*l VIP account, and make sure to place all Spark*l purchases with the same email. Black VIP: Minimum of 150,000 points

How do I cancel my account?

What happens if I cancel my account?

When you cancel your account, you will no longer have access to any VIP rewards or communications.
